3. Termatree's Product Details and Craftsmanship

• Acquired Craftmanship: Our statues are handcrafted by skilled Nepalese artisans, using the ancient technique of the LOST WAX process that has been passed down through generations. It is a sacred and secret process that has been preserved for over 100 years.

• Materials Involved: The primary materials used in our statues include bronze, brass, copper, and sometimes resin for smaller items. These materials ensure that the statues are not only durable but also authentic to the traditional craft.

• Symbolism and Significance: Each statue carries deep spiritual symbolism, from the postures (mudras) to the specific gestures and expressions of the deity it represents. They are accurately handmade and perfect for your spiritual exercises.

4. Can I Commission a Statue?

Termatree offers custom commissions for Buddhist statues. If you have a specific design or deity in mind, please contact us with your requirements. Our artisans will work with you to create a personalized statue that aligns with your vision.

5. Can I reserve a Statue?

Yes, Termatree will reserve a statue for you upon your request. It requires a partial deposit to secure your reservation for a limited period. Please send us your inquiry if you are looking forward to reserving your statue. 

6. Do You Offer Consecration Services for Statues?

Yes, we offer consecration services for your statue to imbue it with spiritual energy. Consecration rituals are performed by qualified monks or lamas from the monasteries based around the Boudha Stupa, who bless the statue, making it more powerful for spiritual practices.

7. How to Place an Order?

You can explore the wide collection of statues that we offer. Once you choose your statue and its availability, you can proceed with the Add To Cart option or "Book now" to reserve the statue. 

If the statue is not available, you can send your inquiry to check the restock option. We will reach out to you with available alternatives. 

8. What are the Payment Methods?

We offer a variety of secure payment methods:

9. Are the Statues shipped Internationally?

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all our statues. Each statue is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, and we use DHL EXPRESS for secure and fast service and provide you with a shipping code to track the shipment during the process.

• After placing an order, it takes about 2-3 working days to prepare the necessary documents prior shipment.
• It requires an additional 5-7 working days to reach you depending upon your country. 

10. Our Refund/Return Policy

Termatree accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the statue is in its original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy Page for more details.

11. How to ensure the safety of the Statue?

• Preserve the statues in the glass cabinet.
• Statues should be placed in a dry, dust-free environment.
• Avoid touching statues with your bare hands, especially the faces.
