Finely Hand-Carved Sculpture of Dakini Namgyalma
A remarkable work of art, this beautiful Namgyalma statue is hand-carved in our studio. The Buddhist Dakini, known for longevity, cleansing, and the elimination of barriers, is depicted seated on a moon disc lotus seat. Considered to be the embodiment of the three Buddhas- past, present, and future, the Dakini is portrayed with three faces- calm, semi-wrathful, and wrathful, each representing her association with purification, long life, and protection, respectively. The deity holds various objects symbolic of her powers in her eight hands.
