Traditional Tibetan Gold-Plated Mother Tara Statue
We carved the Mother Tara Statue using traditional Himalayan art methods in our studio. The statue shows Green Tara holding an utpala with both hands - her left hand in the vitarka mudra and her right hand in the varada mudra. She sits serenely on a moon disc lotus seat. The statue is made of copper, and the carvings were done by hand. We finished by gilding the figurine with 24K gold and painting it with acrylic for extra detail. We added turquoise and coral to the crown and utpala body ornaments (necklaces, bracelets, armlets, and earrings). The statue weighs about 6.68 kg, and it took us months of hard work to complete it.
This figurine of Mother Green Tara will be a perfect gift from Nepal to a devotee like you that will aid you in your practices and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Green Tara is the manifestation from whence all of Tara's other forms emerge, connected with enlightened action and active compassion. Tara is the most revered of the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon's female enlightened deities. She is "the mother of all buddhas" and "she who ferries beings over the ocean of samsara" since she embodies enlightened love and compassion. Her Mantra is " OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA".
In short, “om Tara Tuttare Ture Soha” means “I prostrate to the Liberator, Mother of all the Victorious Ones.
