Traditionally Hand Carved Mother Tara Statue
The Mother Tara Statue was meticulously hand-crafted in our studio using sophisticated design patterns that can only be found in Nepal here. We have molded the Green Tara figurine using copper, then covered it in 24-karat pure gold coating. With a serene facial expression and a stem of a lotus flower in each hand, Mother Tara is seen sitting on a moon disc lotus with a blossoming lotus flower alongside her head and a semi-blooming lotus flower behind her. The gilding of the gold gives the statue excellent gloss and brilliance. The facial attributes of the deity have been further emphasized through acrylic paintings. We have adorned the statue, especially the body ornaments, crown, and lotus seat, with precious gemstones.
This statue has accurate traditional iconography and fine details and will be a perfect gift to a devotee like you from Nepal.

Tara is the savior, the personification of compassion, who reaches out and freely replies to everyone's suffering. Tara is courageous and generous to a fault. Green Tara and White Tara are her most popular incarnations, though she occasionally appears as Red Tara in Dakini form. "Om tare tuttare ture svaha," says Green Tara. White Tara's mantra is "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha," which means "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha."
