This exquisitely hand-carved statue of Guru Rinpoche is made of copper and gilded in pure 24k gold by our skilled artisans in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our artisans have been sculpting Buddhist statues for generations, and we always stick to Buddhist iconography when sculpting statues to ensure they are accurately represented. Padmasambhava is depicted sitting on the royal posture on lotus, On his right hand he holds Dorje (Vajra on his right hand and on his left he holds skull vas with a jar of immortality and on his left shoulder he holds the Khatvanga trident.
