We have traditionally hand-carved the statue of Gautam Buddha Art in a pure copper body, gilded in genuine 24k gold and finely hand painted with acrylic colors. We are the artist of Kathmandu valley whose artisan in making ancient Vajrayana statues has passed through generations, reflecting Buddhism. The halo adorned with precious turquoise and corals plated with gold is mesmerizing. In this Buddhist sculpture, we have portrayed Buddha Shakyamuni, also known as Siddhartha Gautama, seated on top of a moon disc lotus seat with a serene expression. He holds an alms bowl in his left hand while his right hand is on earth touching mudra. We have elegantly designed and meticulously hand-crafted the robe and lotus seat in the traditional Himalayan art of Nepal.
