This incredible Elephant-Headed Ganesh statue, a revered Hindu god signifying wisdom, prosperity, and the removal of obstacles, is made of copper and gilded with a triple layer of 24K gold, and deeply engraved carvings. Ganesh's distinctive elephant head denotes intelligence and attentiveness, while his enormous ears signify his listening ability. The trunk, commonly bent or engaged with objects, represents adaptability and strength. His numerous hands bear sacred things such as a modak (sweet reward for spiritual quest), a goad (to guide beings to enlightenment), and a noose (to trap ignorance), all of which reinforce his divine functions.
