This stunning Compassionate Green Tara sculpture is handcrafted with traditional methods to bring the sacred deity to life in its proper iconographic form. Tara is also known as the goddess of Compassion. The Green Tara was sculptured using a copper body and gilded with 24k genuine gold. The deity is depicted seated over a moon disc lotus with a peaceful expression, her left hand making the Prithvi Mudra, which symbolizes the combination of wisdom and compassion, and her right hand making the gesture of offering shelter.
