Traditional Statue For Shakyamuni Buddha Lotus Therapy
The Shakyamuni Buddha Lotus Therapy statue has been expertly hand-carved in Nepal's traditional Himalayan manner. We are artisans from the Kathmandu Valley and have been creating old Vajrayana sculptures for many years. In this Buddhist sculpture, he is depicted sitting serenely on a moon disc lotus seat, holding an alms bowl in his left hand and doing the mudra of the earth touching with his right hand. We have artistically decorated the lotus seat and robe with priceless corals and turquoise. The halo with artistic patterns is placed behind the deity. It is decorated with valuable gemstones. We molded the figurine using a copper body gilded using genuine 24K gold. The gilding with gold and further polishing gives the figurine a magnificent shine.
This figurine of Gautama Buddha will be a perfect gift from Nepal to a devotee like you that will aid you in your practices and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Siddhartha Gautama was born as the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom and nurtured to be a king in line with his royal father's aspirations. However, when he was around 29 years old, he learned about people's tremendous pain. He abandoned his palace life and gave up his magnificent robes and gold to uncover the reasons for this anguish and the methods to alleviate it. After nearly six years of study, self-deprivation, and severe concentration, he achieved his aim. He had attained enlightenment (a Buddha). He claimed to have then proceeded to a deer park in Sarnath (Benares), India, on the outskirts of Varanasi.
