Traditionally Hand Crafted Avalokiteshvara Buddhism Statue
This magnificent Avalokiteshvara Buddhism Statue was traditionally hand-crafted by the master craftsmen of Nepal with intricate design patterns. The figure was molded using a copper body, gilded with genuine 24k genuine gold and finely painted with acrylic paint to highlight the carvings of the sculpture. The deity is depicted seated upon a moon disc lotus with a peaceful expression as he is depicted with four arms. He holds a flowering lotus in his left hand and rosary beads in his right, two of which are clasped in front of him in a gesture of prayer, holding a wish-fulfilling crystal. Precious gemstones are used to embellish the figurine, notably on the crown and body jewelry.
This figure can be used in a variety of Buddhist rituals and meditation exercises.

Chenrezig epitomizes the bodhisattva's determination to delay attaining Buddhahood until he has assisted every sentient being on Earth in achieving freedom from pain and the cycle of death and rebirth. His name has been translated as "the lord who observes in all directions." The practice of Chenrezig/Avalokiteshvara is encouraged to develop a calm and compassionate heart. Compassion is the root foundation for excelling in the Buddhist path. He listens to the prayers of all sentient beings in times of challenge and difficulty.
