Traditionally Hand Carved Himalayan 6 Armed Mahakala Statue
The 6 Armed Mahakala statue was exclusively hand-crafted by the master craftsmen of Nepal in our studio using traditional Himalayan methods. The sculpture was molded using a copper body, gilded with genuine gold over various parts of the body and finely painted with acrylic paint to highlight the carvings of the sculpture. This statue took our artists months of hard work to carve with design patterns that precisely depict the iconography of the Buddhist deity. The Mahakala is depicted with a wrathful gaze with three eyes, each representing the past, present and future with a clear comprehension of time. Decorated with numerous body ornaments, the crown that the deity wears is made up of five human skulls, each representing the poisonous delusions of anger, desire, ignorance, jealousy, and pride. This art can be included into a variety of Buddhist practices, including everyday meditation. We guarantee that the materials used to create this statue are of the highest quality and will be scratch- and damage-free for many years.
This magnificent one-of-a-kind statue of the 6 armed Mahakala will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you from Nepal.

Mahakala is the guardian god of Mahayana Buddhism and all Tibetan Buddhist schools. He represents various ways, each with its features and characteristics. He is seen as the emanation of distinct beings in some circumstances, such as Avalokitesvara or Chakrasamvara. The five kleshas (adverse ailments) are transmuted into the five pearls of wisdom, and Mahakala is generally typically represented with a crown of five skulls.
